Products & Pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees  and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee exact accuracy due to screen variations.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs once payment is approved and the item is dispatched.

We accept secure payment methods through trusted third-party processors. We do not store credit card details.

Cancellation of Orders

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact our support team via support.cs@checkandsolids.com with your order number. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund (excluding any payment processing fees) within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return upon receipt—see “Returns & Refunds” below.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external events.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unopened and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Request: Email our support team (support.cs@checksandsolids.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Returns are at your expense unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost shipments.

  • Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the product. If it meets requirements, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.

  • Partial or No Refund: No refund will be issued if:

    • Items are returned used, or damaged.

    • Custom or personalized products (if any) are returned.

How Refunds Are Returned

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please note it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
